​TEDI provides consulting services on any cloud technology, including design, implementation, operations and maintenance (O&M), and custom development. We are platform agnostic and have technical expertise in Cloud Solution Consulting with technologies as diverse as Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, as well as private cloud environments such as Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).
SharePoint Services
SharePoint is a collaborative platform that allows any process or operation to be tracked, coordinated, documented, and communicated across an organization. TEDI has successfully completed full lifecycle engagements from planning to execution for both large government entities and private businesses. Our SharePoint services include the following:
  • SharePoint Cloud, On-Premise, and Hybrid Solutions: Deployment of all versions and architectures of SharePoint including Cloud, On-Premise, and Hybrid Solutions.

Office 365 & Power Platform
The Power Platform suite of tools within Office 365 provides capabilities to automate, track, and manage business processes.  At TEDI, we have created and fielded numerous Power Platform solutions for government and civilian organizations. Using tools like Power Automate (Flow), we automate processes that manifest an ecosystem to drive performance and team success. Whether engaging with various teams to define processes across a directorate or creating a large enterprise grade solution, Power Platform can greatly reduce overhead and provide results quickly. At TEDI, we specialize in crafting custom workflows designed for organizational efficiency at the tactical, operational, and strategic vantages of the organization. 
Development Secure Operations (DevSecOps)
Development Secure Operations (DevSecOps) is agnostic of agile or waterfall software development methodologies. DevSecOps assists in lead time and frequency of delivery through engineering practices, promoting collaboration between development, security, and operational teams as they continue to development toward a secure Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CICD) pipeline. Creating secure automation across your CICD pipeline allows for various outcomes including tracking, better segregation of duties, minimalization of human error and more.  Security and compliance are often integrated into the process, which at the tactical level becomes caveats within the CICD process. At TEDI, we specialize in custom software with security controls in place to ensure compliance while ensuring effective CICD practices. 
.NET & Custom Development
Web application development, cloud and server side operations, or API driven solutions, TEDI performs ground up software development for various needs. Our organization has background performing complex web development using JavaScript, Angular, Knockout and more. This incorporates into custom SharePoint development. SPFX, and modern experience development. Cloud and server side operations ranging from Python or PowerShell, TEDI has created custom cloud solutions and performed in depth configuration management for on-premise environments. Although we generally lean Agile in our software development approach, we have also facilitated and utilized Waterfall methodology to fulfill requests.

Artificial Intelligence
We use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to solve a variety of operational challenges. Our application of AI is often utilized in creating repeatable processes with decision making behind which automation chain to execute. We identify and create automation steps and provide logic as to what criteria will require those particular automation steps to run. These are causal chains that the AI system will decide to instantiate based on the metadata it receives from various sources.    
  • ​​Intelligent automation of processes and methods. Using this technology, we don't just automate but allow the intelligent automation to decide next steps in a casual chain. 
  • System decision making that uses metadata and logic to formulate statistical next steps and will implement those steps autonomously. 
  • Chatbot allows us to directly interact and speak with the solution to receive data or reports we educate the system to create. 
  • These technologies are applied to a variety of business and government operations.
