Our Agile development methods, and all other services are derived from our own pursuit in developing new technologies. Our Research and Development (R&D) create new technologies and software across a spectrum of public sector and private sector needs. Patents pending. 

Daryl J Sharpe (CEO)

Daryl Sharpe runs and operates Third Eye Development International (TEDI-Inc), a premier software development company based out of Washington DC. His skills and specialties range from .NET development, large scale cloud and Platform as a Service (PaaS) architectures, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Artificial Intelligence, and Microsoft Cloud solutions. During his tenure Daryl has supported over a dozen federal agencies and private institutions. He holds 11 technical certifications including his Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) for Microsoft SharePoint, Project Server, and Application Life-cycle Management (ALM). Born and raised in New York, Daryl holds his Masters in Accounting, Finance, and Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and his Bachelors of Arts from Saint Johns University in Queens NY. He has previously served in the US Army Reserve and attended Officer Candidate School with the USMC in Quantico VA.
