We at TEDI work extensively with federal agencies in designing/developing their SDLC. We have customized process templates in TFS, SharePoint .wsp solutions, and a variety of document templates to facilitate a Government’s SDLC baseline needs and use these capabilities in customizing a solution to fit each agency.


Ticketing & Incident Management (Help Desk)

Our SharePoint Support Team has developed custom SharePoint templates for ticketing systems, help desk, and incident management. Our templates provide developed and customized workflows to facilitate alerts, messaging, and notifications to administrators, engineers, and managers.


Custom Development

Training & Education

OOTB SharePoint, SharePoint customizations, and custom applications are only as effective as the staff members employing the technology. Our intent with all engagements is to provide a didactic environment where education is the first and last step of the process. TEDI has developed and delivered training programs for Developers, Project Managers, Executive Leadership and other stakeholder roles. We exercise training within our own organization to promote staff and our Microsoft Technology Apprenticeship. Microsoft Technology Apprenticeship (MTA)

The MTA is dedicated to providing information technology oriented college students the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in technology, business, and government.  This includes the use of Cloud Computing, application development, collaborative technologies, and technical project management using such technologies as Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, Team Foundation Server, Project Server, SQL and more.  Apprentices who are interested in the technology space, whether business oriented or custom development, can benefit greatly from the real world skills that will be developed during the course of the MTA.
